Bug fix	12/22/11
-	The 'a18' patch has a bug that changes all confirmed medications to 'n/a'.
-	When a dispense is completed, but not confirmed, the lot & expiration column in the Dispense History report will state 'n/a'.

Add-ons or changes
-	Dispense Queue timing fields
-	1st field box: Enter the number of hours until Rx is deleted from the pending table.
-	2nd field box: Enter the number of hours until Rx is deleted from the approved table.
-	THIS FEATURE IS UTILIZED WITH THE PICKPOINT ENTERPRISE SOFTWARE.




Add-ons or changes	10/18/11

Dispense:
-     If dispensed drug is not confirmed, lot and expiration is labeled as 'N/A'.
-     Location containing the drug w/ the earliest expiration is spun first.  Previously, it was location storing the highest quantity.

Settings:
-	Waste menu displays 3 options: Disable, Enable, and Enabled w/witness.

Loading:
-	Feature update: once a location = 0; the NDC or linked NDC’s could only be loaded into that location.  

Waste:
-	Select drug from a menu vs scanning the barcode.
-	Witness identifier included when settings are set properly.

Reports:
-	Dispense History report displays ‘n/a’ if Rx is not confirmed.

Labels:
-	Ability to title the labels in the ‘Label Title’ field.  (disclaimer button adjacent to field)
-	Ability to enter label instructions; similar to NDC Management tool.  (disclaimer button adjacent to fields)




Add-ons or changes	6/15/11

1)	(NDC MANAGEMENT module) Ability to set drug type as Uncontrolled, Schedule II, or Schedule III-V.

2)	(REPORTS module) Any change to drug type will reflect in the CLASS column.

3)	(SETTINGS module) Authentication Reqs text changed to Dispense ID.

4)	(SETTINGS module) Dispense ID menu contains: Login, Usercode, Fingerprint, CAC, BFS/Login, BFS+Badge.

5)	(SETTINGS module) Rx Restraints for Schedule II and Schedule III-V.

6)	(SETTINGS module) Waste menu: Enable/Disable visibility of tab.

7)	(INVENTORY CONTROL module) Select drug from menu versus from location.  Click button above ‘Machine:’ text to generate.

8)	Automatic ‘UpdateDB’ process.  Initiates on the first FlexWare startup after a computer restart.
